How wishlist records work

Modified on Wed, 17 Jun at 9:00 AM

INTENDED SEARCHES: wishlist, saved item, customer wishlist

Wishlist records show items a customer saved or showed interest in through the portal or online experience.

A wishlist is not the same as a completed order, approved estimate, scheduled job, or invoice.

Use wishlist data for follow-up, customer interest, and possible sales opportunities.

Information you may see:

- Customer.

- Saved product, service, or item.

- Date saved.

- Status, if available.

Before saving or relying on this record, check:

- Customer.

- Saved item.

- Not treated as order.

- Follow-up needed.

Why this matters:

Wishlist records help track customer interest without confusing it with confirmed work.

Support note:

If the customer cannot find the option, cannot save the record, sees different fields, or receives an error, they should contact support with the record name, page they were on, what they clicked, and a screenshot if possible.
