Use job attendance records to understand which employees or team members were connected to a job and, when available, what work time was recorded for that job.
Use this when reviewing field work, payroll-related time, job costing, or crew accountability.
Information you may see:
- Job record.
- Employee or team member.
- Clock-in or attendance time.
- Clock-out time.
- Breaks, if recorded.
- Total time or calculated hours.
- Notes or status, if available.
Basic process:
1. Open the job record.
2. Review the attendance, time, or crew section if available.
3. Confirm the team members connected to the job.
4. Compare recorded time against the scheduled work and actual completion.
5. Report missing or incorrect attendance records to an admin or support.
Before saving or relying on this record, check:
- Correct job.
- Correct employee or team.
- Correct date.
- Expected time records.
- Missing clock-out or break records.

Support note:
If the customer cannot find the option, cannot save the record, sees different fields, or receives an error, they should contact support with the record name, page they were on, what they clicked, and a screenshot if possible.
