INTENDED SEARCHES: calendar, schedule, admin calendar, scheduled work
Calendars and schedules show work, jobs, dispatches, recurring service, and assigned team activity when those records are scheduled.
Use the calendar to review timing. Use the job, dispatch, or estimate record to review the full details.
Information may include:
- Customer.
- Service.
- Job.
- Team.
- Date.
- Start time.
- End time.
- Status.
- Address.
Why this matters:
The calendar gives a visual schedule, but the source record controls the actual work details. If something looks wrong on the calendar, verify the connected job or dispatch record.
Support note:
If the user cannot find the option, sees different fields, cannot save, or receives an error, contact support with the record name, page, action attempted, error message, and screenshot if possible.
