How dispatch works

Dispatch is used to organize scheduled work for field teams.


Fields you may see:

- Customer.

- Job.

- Service.

- Team.

- Scheduled date.

- Dispatch status.

- Route number.

- Budget hours.

- Job hours.

- Travel time.

- Start time and end time.

- ETA.

- Notes.

- Admin notes.

- Customer notes.

- Pictures or files.


Steps:

1. Open Dispatch.

2. Find the job or scheduled work.

3. Assign a team if not already assigned.

4. Confirm scheduled date and route.

5. Add notes if needed.

6. Update dispatch status as work moves forward.


Why this matters:

Dispatch helps the office control who goes where, when work happens, and what the field team needs to know.
