How schedule groups work

INTENDED SEARCHES: schedule group, service schedule group, grouped schedule, recurring schedule group

Schedule groups help organize related schedule records together.

This is useful when a customer has recurring work, multiple services, grouped visits, or a set of related service dates that should be managed together.

Information you may see:

- Customer.

- Service address.

- Service or service group.

- Frequency.

- Start date and future schedule dates.

- Assigned team.

- Status.

- Related jobs.

Basic process:

1. Open the schedule or recurring service area.

2. Find the schedule group connected to the customer or service.

3. Review the services, frequency, and dates.

4. Confirm whether future jobs are already created or only planned.

5. Update carefully if the change affects future work.

Before saving or relying on this record, check:

- Correct customer.

- Correct service address.

- Correct frequency.

- Future jobs not accidentally changed.

- Assigned team.

Why this matters:

Schedule groups prevent recurring work from becoming disconnected and help the office understand which jobs belong together.

Support note:

If the customer cannot find the option, cannot save the record, sees different fields, or receives an error, they should contact support with the record name, page they were on, what they clicked, and a screenshot if possible.
