INTENDED SEARCHES: scheduled email, email automation, email did not send, schedule message
Use scheduled emails when a message should be sent at a planned date or time instead of immediately.
Before scheduling, check:
- Recipient.
- Subject.
- Message body.
- Scheduled date and time.
- Related record if applicable.
- Whether the automation or schedule is active.
Steps:
1. Open the scheduled email or automation area.
2. Create the message.
3. Select the recipient or related record.
4. Choose the send date and time.
5. Save the schedule.
6. Review the response or notification log if available.
Why this matters:
Scheduled emails help keep follow-up consistent, but they should not be used without checking the recipient and timing.
Support note:
If the customer cannot see the option, cannot save the record, sees different fields, or receives an error, they should contact support with the module, record name or number, what they clicked, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
