How scheduled reports work

INTENDED SEARCHES: scheduled report, email report, automatic report

Scheduled reports allow a report to be generated or sent on a schedule when the account supports it.

Use scheduled reports when a manager or admin needs recurring visibility into the same information.

Information you may see:

- Report name.

- Schedule or frequency.

- Recipients.

- Filters.

- Delivery status.

- Last sent date.

Before activating a scheduled report, confirm the recipients and data sensitivity.

Before saving or relying on this record, check:

- Correct report.

- Correct recipients.

- Correct filters.

- Sensitive data.

- Schedule.

Why this matters:

Scheduled reports save time but can also send sensitive data to the wrong people if configured badly.

Support note:

If the customer cannot find the option, cannot save the record, sees different fields, or receives an error, they should contact support with the record name, page they were on, what they clicked, and a screenshot if possible.
