How reports and filters should be used

INTENDED SEARCHES: reports, saved filters, dashboard, export, scheduled report

Reports and filters help the company review customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, payments, vendors, employees, and performance.

Use reports to answer questions such as:

- Which estimates were sent or approved?

- Which invoices are unpaid?

- Which jobs are scheduled or completed?

- Which services are most common?

- Which products or vendors are being used?

- Which customers owe money?

- Which employees or teams completed work?

Tips:

1. Use filters to narrow by date, customer, status, service, team, or other available fields.

2. Save filters if you use the same view often.

3. Export only when you need offline review or sharing.

4. Check that source records are clean before trusting reports.

Why this matters:

Reports are only as good as the data entered into customers, estimates, jobs, invoices, products, services, and payments.

Support note:

If you cannot find the option, cannot save the record, see different fields, or receive an error, contact support with the page, record name or number, what you clicked, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
