Global search helps users find records across the system faster.
Search may help locate:
- Customers.
- Leads.
- Estimates.
- Jobs.
- Invoices.
- Payments.
- Vendors.
- Products.
- Services.
- Projects.
Use specific search terms when possible, such as customer name, invoice number, estimate number, phone number, email, or address.
Why this matters:
Good search habits reduce duplicate records. If a user cannot find a record, search before creating a new one.
Support note:
If the user cannot find the option, sees different fields, cannot save, or receives an error, contact support with the record name, page, action attempted, error message, and screenshot if possible.
