Accident, fight, and stolen item records are internal incident records.
Use them only for real company incidents that need to be documented.
Information may include:
- Employee or person involved.
- Date.
- Description.
- Status.
- Notes.
- Related files or proof if available.
Why this matters:
Incident records are sensitive. Keep descriptions factual. Do not use these records for jokes, opinions, or unrelated employee notes.
Support note:
If the user cannot find the option, sees different fields, cannot save, or receives an error, contact support with the record name, page, action attempted, error message, and screenshot if possible.
