Use equipment maintenance to track service, repairs, or maintenance history for equipment or vehicles.
Information to track:
- Equipment or vehicle.
- Maintenance type.
- Date.
- Cost.
- Vendor or employee when available.
- Notes.
- Images or receipts when available.
Steps:
1. Open Equipment Maintenance or the related equipment record.
2. Add a maintenance entry.
3. Enter date, cost, and notes.
4. Attach images or receipts if needed.
5. Save the record.
Why this matters:
Maintenance history helps prevent missed repairs, unexpected breakdowns, and unclear equipment costs.
Support note:
If the customer cannot see the option, cannot save the record, sees different fields, or receives an error, they should contact support with the module, record name or number, what they clicked, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
