INTENDED SEARCHES: user, admin user, add user, deactivate user, user access
Use user management to control who can log in and what they can access.
Before adding or changing a user, check:
- Name.
- Email.
- Role.
- Permission level.
- Mobile access if needed.
- Employee connection if needed.
- Active or inactive status.
Best practice:
Only give users the access they need for their job. Do not give admin access just because a user needs one missing button.
Why this matters:
Bad user access can expose customer, financial, payroll, or business information.
Support note:
If the customer cannot see the option, cannot save the record, sees different fields, or receives an error, they should contact support with the module, record name or number, what they clicked, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
