How website content settings work

Modified on Tue, 16 Jun at 7:27 PM

INTENDED SEARCHES: website content, slider, about us, why choose us, service area, social links

Use website content settings to control public-facing website sections when the website module is enabled.

Common website areas:

- Slider images or text.

- About Us.

- What We Provide.

- Why Choose Us.

- Services shown on the website.

- Packages shown on the website.

- Service areas.

- Social media links.

- Gallery or latest projects.

- Stat counters.

Steps:

1. Open the website content area.

2. Choose the section you want to update.

3. Edit the text, image, link, or display setting.

4. Save the change.

5. Review the public page to confirm it looks correct.

Why this matters:

Website content affects what customers see before contacting the business. Wrong website content creates wrong expectations.

Support note:

If the customer cannot see the option, cannot save the record, sees different fields, or receives an error, they should contact support with the module, record name or number, what they clicked, what happened, and a screenshot if possible.
